IVR

If you've come to this page it's most probably because you know what IVR stands for. If you got here by some sort of accident, then I'll explain. IVR stands for Integrated Voice Response, and it's the voice recordings you here whan you phone a large organisation such as your bank or insurance company.

A major part of what I do is recording these telephone prompts. It might sound simple to you, but an effective voice response system requires careful recording and voice matching and timing skills.

I have the technology and experience to make sure that all the prompts are mastered to the same volume, and that the reads match over long recording sessions and between sessions. So you don't get that horrible, "Your balance is four HUNDRED dollars and FIFTY cents".

And there is no problem with any of the odd file types required by voice systems of any era. You mightn't know what an 8k u-Law vox file is, but rest assured i can output the most obscure formats.

I've recorded IVR for many companies including Commonwealth Bank, Protocol Suite, Virgin, ING, Vodafone and the Attorney General.
